Business Systems & Technology
This introductory course will train students the basic skills to operating a personal computer. This course provides introduction to users and newcomers to the new technological world we live in today. The course includes Microsoft Office and Keyboarding. The requirements for this course are to complete all Microsoft Office activities and a typing speed of 25 WPM. Once the completion of the course you will receive a certificate acknowledging you as a certified Microsoft trainee. 3.5 Months.

Networking I
A+ Certification
A+ Certification is a testing program sponsored by CompTIA that certifies the competency of entry-level (6 months experience) service technicians in the computer industry. Anyone who wants an internationally recognized credential as a competent entry-level computer service professional can take the A+ examination. Major computer hardware and software vendors, distributors, resellers and publications back the program.

Networking II (Core Networking System Required)
Managing a Microsoft® Windows® Server 2003 Environment
The course is intended for systems administrator candidates who are responsible for managing accounts and resources. These tasks include managing user, computer and group accounts; managing access to network resources; managing printers, managing and organizational unit in a network based on Active Directory® service; and implementing Group Policy to manage users and computers.

This is the first course in the Systems Administrator and Systems ENgineer tracks for Windows Server 2003 and serves as the entry point for other courses in the Windows Server 2003 curriculum.

Maintaining a Microsoft ® Windows® Server 2003 Environment
The course provides students with the knowledge and skills to effectively administer server resources, monitor server performance, and safeguard data on a computer running one of the operating systems in the Microsoft® Windows® Server 2003 family.
This is the second course in the Systems Administrator and Systems Engineer tracks for Windows Server 2003.
